I have been working for the last 16 years in different development organization in the rural and urban setting with EU, DFID, TdH-Italy, USAID, British High Commission, World Bank, SAFANSI and Norwegian Embassy. Experience includes capacity development, training module development, advocacy and networking, partnership management. I am specializing law and policy review, TNA, OD, strategic plan, program coordination, advocacy and IEC material development. I am familiar with the design and implement training and other capacity development initiatives for CSOs and CSO networks, BGMEA, BKMEA, Technical Institutes, corporates, Legal Aid, policy drafts, advocacy strategy and tools development.
