Career Summary with my Achievements:

At present, I am employed as a Specialist in Organizational Development Project Development and fundraising, my last Project Was to promote disability-inclusive equality and empowerment of OPDS (DPO) Organization for Parson with Disabilities which is awarded by the Korea Disabled People’s Development Institute (KODDI)

A for Access: English Learning, Global Network Building, and Empowerment for the LGBTQI+ Community in Bangladesh is awarded by the Alumni Engagement Innovation Fund, US Embassy Dhaka,

Lastly, I am Employed as a Project Manager to implement advancing access to justice and promoting dispute resolution at the grassroots level where I am Arrange workshops and training with the district govt. official and Facilitation of the training on Village Court and ADR.

In MJF I am responsible for implementing 12 projects under the Protection of Working Child and Sustainable Livelihoods Program of MJF, and A for Access project Funded by the US Embassy Dhaka, these projects focus on education, sustainable livelihood, disability and preservation of minority culture and language. and Promote disability-inclusive equality and empowerment of OPDS (DPO) Organization for Parson with Disabilities which is awarded by the Korea Disabled People’s Development Institute (KODDI)
